Gentle class incorporating 5 different styles of Tai Chi in one class. Breathing, weight transfers and co-ordination movements are some of the therapeutic exercises for health involved.
Active Toning with Anthony
Wednesday 7-8am
Through a combination of cardio-vascular and muscle conditioning exercises, this class is definitely designed to stimulate your metabolism!!! Mixed with fun and variety, Anthony prescribes a very very active class!
Bar-Bell with Sarah
Tuesday 5.30-6.30pm & Thursday 6.30-7.30am
If you want to stimulate you metabolism and change the shape of your body, “Bar-Bell” is for you. Muscle conditioning with free weights class, Sarah delivers a fantastic class to music. A total body workout, suitable for all levels.
Freestyle Aerobics Class with Louise
Follows Bar-Bell Class Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm
Fun Aerobics class designed to get the blood pumping and your body moving. Excellent music, suitable for all levels.
Ab's and Core with Teri
Friday, 12.30-1pm
3o minutes of complete core conditioning, working the front and side ab’s, lower-back and internal ab’s. Teri also incorporates other abdominal equipment like fit balls and abdominal machines to ad excitement and variety to this complete ab’s and core class.
Pilate’s with Becstar
Friday 6.30-7.30pm
An awesome class to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility,
mobility and stability of the joints. Becstar delivers total core conditioning class which can help achieve excellent strength gains as well as improvement with posture.
